  • A: We post all orders as soon as possible, but please be aware that it may take 3-5 business days before your order is processed. Standard postage wait times apply thereafter.

  • A: Yes, we post worldwide. We can NOT guarantee how long postage will take with current global shipping delays, but all our deliveries include a tracking number, so you can check in with the shipping company at any time for estimated arrival.
  • Q: How will I know if my order has been shipped?
  • A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order's tracking number. This can then be tracked on the shipping carriers website.
  • Q: Can I have my order express posted?
  • Yes. But, it is extremely important to understand the standard processing time (see above for timelines) which takes place before postage is initiated. To enquire about express postage, click here and include order number, and our admin team will be in contact.
